RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send your item(s) back within 14 days of arrival for an exchange or refund. You must send the items you wish to return before the return period. All merchandise must be returned in unused condition without any damages along with original tags attached.
Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
Please also note that order cancellations and returns are subject to restocking fees of 3% of the purchase price.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.
Drop offs are not accepted nor are we able to accept web returns at our NYC office location.
VASIC New York is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
